I want a do over!

I was pretty darn excited for 2012...out with the old and in with the new. Well, I think I want 2013. This year has not started off like I was hoping. So, I am going to be negative for a moment and just vent. Because I need to get it out and sometimes putting it down helps.

Why 2012 has sucked, thus far....

1. My car got hit. Granted, the driver was wonderful and stopped, but I still had to shell out $200 for insurance. Money that I didn't have.

2. My tutoring gig with the 20 year old kid with Autism is over. I found out yesterday and cried. It had its hard moments, but I love that kid. And, I really needed the money.

3. Two weeks ago, my eye started getting all red, so I went to the instacare to get it looked at. The doc said it was conjuctivitis (whatever) or the dreaded pink eye. She gave me some ointment to put in my eye and it didn't go away.

4. My eye is still red, but now puffy and teary. I went to an eye doctor and he examined it. $120 later, I have some weird thing where the iris is stuck to the pupil and I have red cells or something floating around in my eye. I get to put steroids in my eye and dialate it nightly. Oh joy.

5. The guy that I have gone out with a few times, and am interested in, found out about my parents and the cardboard cutout I have a Zac Efron. That may have scared him off.

6. I had a chat with my supervisor and she told me that a parent, of a child in my class, was unhappy with what I have been doing. She wanted to take him out of my class. That's a blow to the self-esteem.

7. The copy of ER season 2, that I got from the library, was all scratchy. I am sure that I missed some really important stuff.

8. I am broker ( that may not actually be in the correct form, but I don't care) than dirt.

9. I just can't seem to get ahead,and I am tired.

BUT, I did get bangs and I look pretty great in them. And, I do have a job that I love. And, I do have people that love me.

Sorry, this was not my usual kindof blog post I just had to vent. Thanks for reading. The next one will be much better...promise.
